Most connection problems come down to a few things:
- Use the right IP: Java and Bedrock both use play.red-network.net (Bedrock port 19132).
- Outdated client: we support 1.21.x. Update your launcher/profile if you see "Outdated client/server".
- Still stuck? Restart your game, try a different network, and check our Discord for live status.
If it persists, open a Technical support ticket with your version and the exact error text.
