My rank or purchase didn't arrive

Purchases are usually delivered within a few minutes.

1. Rejoin the server — most items apply on your next login.
2. Make sure you bought on the same username you play on.
3. Still missing after 30 minutes? Open a Store & purchases ticket and include your transaction ID (from the store receipt email).

We can look up any order by transaction ID and deliver it manually.
